RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EU Returns

  • Return via your local postal service, or
  • Use our DHL Express collection service (€22) — set this up via our Returns Center at the bottom of the website.

*EU customers receive a full cash refund if returned within 14 days of receipt.

Non-EU / International Customers

  • DHL Express collection from any address — €22, arrives within 3–5 working days. Set up via our Returns Center.
  • Alternatively, ship via a courier of your choice at your own cost. Use a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' on all postal and customs forms. Any duties incurred due to incorrect declarations will be deducted from your refund.

*International customers are refunded in the form of an e-gift card only.

Please note: a €40.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if your return is the result of a refused delivery or non-payment of import duties and taxes.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn with the original tags attached. If these conditions are not met, our team will assess eligibility at their discretion. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you.

Please note the following refund types based on your location:

  • EU customers — full cash refund
  • Non-EU / International customers — refund issued as an e-gift card

DHL Express delivery to our warehouse 3–5 working days
Quality inspection + refund/store credit processed Up to 3 working days
Funds reach your account Up to 5 days (depends on payment method)

*If returning via your own courier, delivery time to our warehouse will vary depending on your chosen carrier. Once we receive your return, the same inspection and processing times above apply.

If your store credit hasn't arrived within 3 working days of your return being received, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's still missing, contact us via our contact form and we'll resend it.

Please first check your bank account — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you're still waiting, contact your bank or card provider.

For store credit, check your spam/junk folder for an email from us. If you still can't find it, contact us at help@reputation-studios.com.

We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded. If you need a different size, please place a new order if the item is still available.

Include the following on a sheet of paper inside your parcel:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Items being returned
  • Reason for return

You must also complete the digital return form on our Returns Center.
