Hey Renato,
Your return was lost in transit and never reached us. We issued you full store credit anyway, which has since gone toward a new order. If anything's still unresolved, reply to your order email and we'll sort it directly.
Demasiao! Muy satisfecho con esta compra. Recomendable.
Store owner replied:
Hey Renato,
Your return package got stuck in transit with the shipping company which is why we couldn't give the return. We have since processed the return and given you store credit which you have used to purchase another item.
The pants are very beautiful, I like them but they don't really have a good material because the label on the back pants already broke, I only put it on once
