CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All EU orders will NOT be subject to any import duties, fees & taxes

For orders outside the EU any import duties, fees & taxes must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Reputation Studios has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, ask for additional information and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a €40.00 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.

UK DELIVERIES

What extra delivery fees do I have to pay post - Brexit when buying online?

You will NOT have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive your goods, if the value of your purchase is less than £135 or €157.14.

For orders over 135 GBP / €157.14, UK VAT and duties will be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

What is import VAT fee?

This is a fee currently paid on goods sent to the UK from abroad, but instead of the normal VAT you would pay at the checkout for your items, you’ll pay ‘import VAT’ on the total cost of your order and handling costs accrued when the courier brings the purchase to the UK. The usual UK Import VAT rate is 20%.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

TURKEY DELIVERIES

If the value of your order is less than €150, a 18% import tax will be applied. We do not know the exact % as it may depend on the product type or fabric.

For shipments valued over 150 euros, the tax rate will vary based on the type of product. The shipments will need to be handled by the courier's partner broker or any broker of the recipient's choice.

Brokerage fees, storage fees, and other customs clearance-related costs such as (VAT and Duties) will be applied and paid by the receiver of the goods.

I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing. This may take longer during special releases, major holidays and sale periods.

Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.
Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.
Look out for any emails, phone calls, or delivery attempt notices from our couriers; your parcel might be waiting at a local depot for collection or redelivery.
Ensure no one at your address has accepted the delivery on your behalf.

Although couriers typically avoid leaving parcels with neighbors, it’s worth checking with them just in case.
